ABOUT OUR
BAKERY
At The Leicester Pastry Company, we're passionate about creating exceptional pastry products that you'll love. With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, our founders have a deep understanding of what it takes to create mouth-watering pastries.
​
We began our journey when we opened our first local fast food store in the heart of our city in Leicester, we started out selling handmade pies and pasties using our own special pastry that our customers couldn't get enough of. We quickly found ourselves selling out on a regular basis as demand grew, so we made the decision to concentrate on making packaged pre cut and ready to use retail pastry which our customers could find in their local shops.
As demand for our pastries grew stronger, we decided to focus exclusively on our signature pastry products. We invested heavily in expanding our capabilities and upgrading our facilities to keep up with the demand and invested in state of the art pie machine which allowed us to service larger contracts as well as maintain our own original brand of filled pastry products.
